  • 100g Sweet potato, diced (Phe 108mg)
  • 100g carrots, diced (Phe 22mg)
  • 20g Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet Cheddar Shreds (Phe 6mg)

  1. Boil carrots and sweet potato until soft, then drain.
  2. Mash sweet potato and carrots together.
  3. Add cheddar shreds into mash and mix until smooth.
