- 100g Sweet potato, diced (Phe 108mg)
- 100g carrots, diced (Phe 22mg)
- 20g Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet Cheddar Shreds (Phe 6mg)
- Boil carrots and sweet potato until soft, then drain.
- Mash sweet potato and carrots together.
- Add cheddar shreds into mash and mix until smooth.
