This Loaded Fries recipe is perfect for an all-American feast! This low protein fries recipe is exchange free and ideal for those on a low protein diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • ½ portion of Chilli ‘Cheese’ Sauce (see recipe)
  • ½ Spring onion, chopped
  • ½ Red chili, finely chopped
  • 40g Violife Original Flavour, grated

Method

  1. Preheat the deep fat fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Cut the sweet potato into thin fries.
  3. Deep fry the thin fries until golden.
  4. Put the fries into a casserole dish and top with the Chilli ‘Cheese’ Sauce, spring onion, red chili and Violife Original Flavour.
  5. Grill on a baking tray for 10 mins or until golden.
