These Grinch Santa Fruit Sticks are ideal if you would like a refreshing and low protein fruit snack idea. Ideal for a festive party and great for kids! This recipe is easy to make, exchange free and perfect for those following a PKU diet!


12 Green grapes
1 Banana, sliced into ½ inch chunks
12 Strawberries, stalk removed
12 Freedom mallows vegetarian mini pink and white vanilla marshmallows

  1. Using a cocktail stick, skewer a grape and push to the bottom.
  2. Add a slice of banana, followed by a strawberry.
  3. To finish, top with a mini marshmallow.
