Ingredients
- 150g Freedom mallows vegetarian mini pink and white vanilla marshmallow bites
- Dr Oetker Food Colour Gel Green Extra Strong (as much as desired)
- 30g Salted popcorn (8.6g/protein per 100g)
- 24 Red Skittles
Method
- Place the marshmallow bites into a microwave-safe bowl and heat gently until melted.
- Mix in the food colouring to achieve desired colour.
- Add the popcorn and mix until combined.
- Allow to cool slightly and then use your hands to form 8 wreaths.
- Press the Skittles onto the wreaths to resemble berries.
