- 1 Carrot, cut into 3 x 3cm chunks
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 Yellow pepper
- Spear a carrot chunk to the bottom of each skewer.
- Using the speed peeler, peel thin, long strips off the cucumber.
- Gently gather the cucumber strips to form ruffles, and thread onto the skewers to resemble a tree.
- Cut 3 small star shapes out of the pepper and skewer these on top of the tree.
